Maxine L. Johnson
Maxine L. Johnson is an author, co-author, certified life coach, transformation specialist and expert speaker serving women who are ready to take their lives to the next level. She is the proud Pastor of Metropolitan AME Church in Lansdowne, PA. Maxine has been featured in USA Today as one of the Top 15 Entrepreneurs to watch in 2021, Yahoo Finance, New York Daily, Medium and Kivo Daily. She has been featured in several podcasts including, That Will Nver Work, As Diverse as Two Peas, F50 Women, The Whiny Paluza and more. She is the recipient of the “Outstanding Leadership” award by the Philadelphia Women’s Missionary Society, The Dr. Sonja Stribling Trailblazer Award and Award of Recognition from Women Doing it Big for her achievements and contributions in entrepreneurship and women empowerment. She has been a speaker on TEDx, Comeback Champion Summit, Success Womens Conference, Speak that Talks, Total Transformational Radio and Keynote Speaker for Canon, Inc. (VA), Comeback Champion Summit and Women’s Success Conference. She is the CEO and Founder of WIFE Boss Academy, home of The Influential Female where she coaches professional women who are unfulfilled in their careers and help them discover there is purpose beyond their profession. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring women to be their best selves. Over the years, she has worked with women globally, helping them find positive change. Cassandra Ladouceur
Cassandra has had a love for people and community from her early upbringing in Haiti. Her passion for helping others would ultimately lead her to pursue a career in healthcare. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2014. Cassandra would go on to complete a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University in 2017. During the height of the pandemic, Cassandra launched Quality of Life Home Care, LLC, a home healthcare agency serving Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Cassandra enjoys traveling, attending church services, and spending time with family and friends.
